What Bravio may not be used for, and how AI-generated content is labelled.

Last updated: 2026-11-03

Not allowed

  • Unlawful content, hate, harassment, violence, sexual content, or content involving minors in any way.
  • Photos, likenesses or voices of real people without their written consent, including celebrities, public figures, politicians and minors, and any impersonation.
  • Deceptive deepfakes, political campaigning, disinformation.
  • Fake reviews or testimonials: AI presenters must not pose as real customers or claim personal experience with a product.
  • Misleading advertising, false product claims, and health, financial or legal claims you cannot prove.
  • Material you do not own or may not use, including other brands' logos, characters and franchises, music and footage.
  • Spam, platform manipulation, fake engagement, or breaking the rules of the social networks.
  • Attacks on Bravio: probing for vulnerabilities, overloading, scraping, reselling access, or circumventing limits and payment.

AI labels

Images and videos made with Bravio are AI-generated. Bravio marks them as such where technically possible and sets the AI labels offered by TikTok and YouTube when it publishes. You must not remove these marks, and you must disclose AI-generated people, voices and realistic scenes as required by law (including Art. 50 of the EU AI Act) and by each platform.

Presenters

Presenters in Bravio content are AI-generated people from Bravio's own library, not real persons, and their voices are AI-generated. Uploading photos of yourself or other people as a presenter is not offered. You must not present a Bravio presenter as a real customer, employee or the owner of the brand, or let it claim personal experience with a product.

Enforcement

Bravio may refuse or remove content and suspend accounts that break this policy, as described in the Terms of Service, section 9. To report content, see Report content.
