Terms of Service
The contract between Bravio and business customers: service, plans, credits, AI output, rights and liability.
Last updated: 2026-11-03
1. Scope and who may use Bravio
These terms govern the use of Bravio, operated by Anastasios-Nikolaos Kosulin ("Bravio", "we"). They apply to every account and every order.
Bravio is offered exclusively to businesses: entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB, freelancers, companies and public bodies acting for their trade or profession. You must be at least 18 years old and entitled to act for the business you sign up for. By creating an account or ordering you confirm this and that you do not act as a consumer. We may ask for proof of business status and refuse or end contracts with consumers.
Conflicting terms of the customer do not apply, even if we do not object to them.
2. The service
Bravio reads the public pages of the website you name, builds a brand profile, and uses artificial intelligence to create social media content: scripts, captions, images and videos, including videos with AI-generated people and voices. Bravio can publish content to social accounts you connect, manually or on an automatic schedule.
Bravio uses third-party AI and infrastructure providers (see Subprocessors). Features, models and providers can change as long as the service stays substantially the same. Availability is owed at a commercially reasonable level; we may pause the service for maintenance and security.
Bravio does not owe any reach, views, followers, sales or other results.
3. Account
You need an account. Keep your sign-in details secret and tell us without delay if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for activity in your account, including connected social accounts.
4. Plans, prices and payment
Plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly, as chosen at checkout. A yearly plan costs ten times the monthly price and runs for twelve months. Prices are shown on the website and in the dashboard and are final prices. As a small business under § 19 UStG, Bravio does not charge VAT and does not show VAT on invoices. Payment is made in advance through Stripe.
A subscription renews automatically for another billing period of the same length (a month or a year) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Manage billing with effect from the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deleting it ends the subscription at once and deletes your brands, content and connected social accounts; fees already paid for the current period are not refunded. Invoices are kept as tax law requires.
We may change prices for the future. We announce changes at least 30 days in advance by email. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect; otherwise the new price applies from the next billing period after the effective date.
If a payment fails, we may suspend content creation until the payment is made.
5. Credits
Plans include daily content as described for the plan: the number of brands and, per brand, the short videos a month the plan lists. Credits pay for extra work you request, such as regenerating a post or an extra content set. Credits included with a plan apply to the current plan month (for yearly plans, each month of the year) and do not carry over. Charges use included credits before bought credits.
Credits bought as packs remain valid for 36 months from purchase. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable. If we end the contract without cause, unused bought credits are refunded pro rata.
6. Your content and responsibilities
You may only give Bravio material you have the rights to use: your website, logos, product images, texts, recordings, footage, and photos or likenesses of people. For any person shown in material you upload, for example in a screen recording or product clip, you confirm that you are that person or hold their written, revocable consent to AI generation, AI voice, editing and public posting in advertising.
You review content before it is published. In automatic mode you instruct Bravio to publish without prior review and accept that. You are the advertiser and publisher of the content and responsible for compliance with the law and with platform rules, including advertising labels, claims about products, and labels for AI-generated content.
You follow the Acceptable Use Policy. You indemnify Bravio against third-party claims that arise because your material or your use of the content breaks the law or these terms, unless you are not at fault.
7. AI-generated content
Content is created by AI systems. It can contain errors, inaccurate statements, or resemble other people's content, and it is not unique to you. Realistic people and voices in Bravio videos and images are AI-generated. Presenters come from Bravio's own library of AI-made people and do not show real persons; any resemblance to a real person is unintended.
Bravio marks content as AI-generated where technically possible and sets the AI labels that platforms offer. You must not remove these marks and must disclose AI-generated content where the law or a platform requires it (including Art. 50 of the EU AI Act).
8. Rights to content
Your material stays yours. You grant Bravio a non-exclusive, worldwide licence, limited to the contract term, to use it to provide the service, including passing it to the providers named in the subprocessor list. To publish content, you grant the same licence for your connected accounts.
Bravio grants you all rights it holds in the generated content, as far as such rights exist, for unlimited use. Purely AI-generated content may not be protected by copyright; Bravio does not guarantee that it is.
The software, templates, edit styles, fonts and other components of Bravio remain Bravio's or its licensors'. Third-party elements such as music, sound effects, icons and fonts are licensed as stated in Credits.
9. Moderation and suspension
Bravio may refuse, stop or remove content and suspend accounts if there are concrete indications of a breach of law, these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or a risk to Bravio or third parties. We inform you of the reasons unless the law prevents it (Art. 17 DSA). You can object by email; we review objections individually.
10. Liability
Bravio is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the Product Liability Act, and where it has given a guarantee.
For slight negligence, Bravio is liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation (an obligation whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible and on which you may regularly rely), and only for the typical damage foreseeable when the contract was made.
Otherwise liability is excluded. These limits also apply to Bravio's staff and agents. Bravio is not liable for the content of posts you publish or authorise, or for decisions of social platforms.
11. Term and termination
The contract runs until cancelled. Either party may cancel with effect from the end of a billing month. The right to terminate for good cause remains. When the contract ends, we delete your brand data, uploads and generated content within 30 days, except where we must keep records by law. Export content you want to keep before the end.
12. Data protection
The Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. Where Bravio processes personal data for you, the Data Processing Agreement applies and forms part of these terms.
13. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms for valid reasons, such as new legal requirements or new features, without changing the core of the contract to your disadvantage. We announce changes by email at least 30 days in advance. If you object within that period, either party may cancel with effect from the date of the change. We point out this right in the announcement.
14. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or have no general place of jurisdiction in Germany, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Bravio's place of business. Bravio may also sue at your place of business.
These terms are available in English and German. For customers based in Germany, the German version prevails; for all others, the English version.
If a provision is invalid, the rest of the terms remain valid.
